We started by identifying the key problems and challenges in the banking industry that could be addressed through an AI-powered chatbot. This initial step laid the foundation for the entire project.Next, I discuss the ideation phase, where our team came together to brainstorm ideas and generate innovative solutions.
We utilized various ideation techniques, such as brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops, to fuel creativity and encourage diverse perspectives.The blog also covers the prototyping stage, where we transformed our ideas into tangible prototypes. By rapidly creating low-fidelity prototypes, we were able to gather early feedback and iterate on our designs.
This iterative process allowed us to refine the chatbot's functionality and user interface, ensuring a seamless user experience.The testing phase was a crucial part of the design sprint. We conducted user testing sessions to gather valuable feedback and validate our design decisions.
