Brief Description
The survey investigating the feasibility of incorporating a 'Check Balance' feature into PayZapp's payment process has yielded several noteworthy findings.
The Results of the survey conducted on 10th February, 2023, regarding the checking of account balance during the payment user journey with PayZapp have been analyzed. The survey reached out to over 50 individuals who have had prior experience with other payment applications in the Indian market.

The aim of the survey was to understand the user’s preferences and thoughts on checking their account balance during the payment process.
The survey was conducted through a Google Form and the data collected was analyzed to identify areas of improvement in the overall payment experience on PayZapp. The findings of the survey will be used to enhance the overall user experience and uplift the UPI payment experience on PayZapp.
It was observed that the failures experienced under the UPI domain were relatively higher because of insufficient funds in the bank account. This led to the initiation of the survey to understand the user’s thoughts and preferences on checking their account balance during the payment process.
In conclusion, the survey was conducted with the aim of improving the payment experience on PayZapp by understanding the user’s preferences and thoughts on checking their account balance during the payment journey. The findings of the survey will be used to enhance the offering and create a better experience for the community.
